What does it do?
Learn to swallow well.
When to wear it?
1 hour/day on weekdays, 2 hours at the weekend + every night.
Remember
- Tongue up high, on the palate (not against the teeth).
- Teeth closed together, upper teeth against lower teeth.
- Lips at rest: they don't move when you swallow.
- Practise drinking with small sips, with and then without the appliance, in front of a mirror.
- Average duration: 6 months.
Care
Morning and evening: a dedicated toothbrush and warm soapy water, then rinse. Dry it well before putting it away in its case.
