What does it do?
Help the lower jaw grow.
When to wear it?
Day and night.
Remember
- The first 2 days: after school and at night. After that, at school too.
- Take it out to eat and to brush your teeth.
- Take it out for the flute, the trumpet, swimming, judo or rugby.
- It is normal for it to move if you open wide: the tongue holds it against the palate.
- If there is an elastic: change it 2 times a week.
- If there is a screw: 1 turn a week, in the direction of the arrow.
Care
Morning and evening: a dedicated toothbrush and warm soapy water, then rinse. Dry it well before putting it away in its case.
