Remember
- You take them out only to eat and brush your teeth.
- Brush your teeth before putting them back in.
- Teeth are sensitive for 1 to 3 days with each new aligner: this is normal.
- With elastics: never elastics without the aligner.

At each brushing: toothbrush and warm soapy water.
