What does it do?
Straighten the teeth.
When to wear it?
Fixed permanently.
Remember
- Brush for 3 minutes after every meal.
- Brush the top and bottom separately, above and below the brackets.
- With the tip of the brush, make small circles on each bracket, then brush from the gum towards the tooth.
- After an appointment, your teeth are sensitive: a Doliprane can bring relief, follow the leaflet.
Avoid
- Chewing gum, caramel, hard or sticky sweets
- Croutons and baguette sandwiches (sliced bread is better)
- Biting into an apple or a fruit with a stone: cut it into pieces
- Chewing pens or biting your nails
