When to wear it?
12 to 14 hours a day: all night + after school.
Remember
- Wear it even more at the weekend.
- The more you wear it, the faster the treatment goes.
- For the first few hours, you produce a lot of saliva: this is normal.
Care
Morning and evening: a dedicated toothbrush and warm soapy water, then rinse. Dry it well before putting it away in its case.
